ADHD-Focus is a wellness and organization tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition, and it does not replace assessment, advice or care from a qualified health professional. If you have concerns about your health, please consult a professional.
What it does
ADHD-Focus externalizes the executive functions that are hardest to hold internally: remembering, sequencing, starting, and keeping track of time. The app does the holding so you don’t have to.
- Tasks and routines Recurring routines and local reminders that fire on your device. Break anything into steps so starting stops being the wall.
- Focus timer A configurable focus and break timer, with a record of the sessions you finish — evidence for the days it doesn’t feel like you did anything.
- Daily check-ins Log mood, focus and energy in a few taps, plus simple habits, and see the weekly trend.
- Strategy library Short, plain-language articles grounded in the literature: executive function, externalizing, time management, routines, sleep.
- Optional self-reflection questionnaire A self-report screening tool, framed clearly as what it is — a prompt for reflection and for a conversation with a professional, never a diagnosis.
- Trilingual from day one The full interface and the entire strategy library in English, French and Spanish.
Private because there is nowhere to send it
Most apps promise privacy through policy. ADHD-Focus gets it through architecture: there is no backend and no user account. Your tasks, your check-ins, your notes and your questionnaire answers are written to storage on your device and are never uploaded to us. We could not read them if we wanted to, and we do not want to.
Mental health information is some of the most sensitive data a person has. The safest way to protect it is not to collect it. That is the whole design. You can export or permanently delete everything from within the app, at any time, for free. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Who it’s for
Adults with ADHD — diagnosed, in the process of finding out, or simply recognizing themselves in it. It’s built for the person who has already tried the mainstream productivity apps and found that they ask for the very consistency they were supposed to provide.
ADHD-Focus is intended for adults (18+). It is not designed for, or directed at, children.
Pricing
ADHD-Focus starts with a 7-day free trial. After that, a subscription is US$9.99 per month or US$79.99 per year. Prices in your local currency are set by the App Store and Google Play and are shown before you confirm anything.
Exporting and deleting your own data is always free, subscription or not. Full details, including how to cancel, are in the Terms of Use and on the Support page.
Questions?
Write to [email protected] and a person will read it. The Support page covers the common ones — cancelling, restoring a purchase, exporting your data, and changing language.
